For professional women who have mastered doing — and are ready to rediscover being in the Venetian Hills of Asolo, Italy.
June 23–27, 2026 | Limited to 9 Women
You’ve achieved so much. Yet inside, there’s a quiet question you can’t ignore: “Is this all there is?”
You’re not broken. You’re simply ready — to stop performing and remember how to simply be.
You’ll return home not only restored, but reclaimed—rooted in clarity, inspired by history, and carrying forward a quiet strength that will stay with you long after you leave the Venetian hills.
You’ve given so much of yourself — to work, to others, to what’s next. Now you’re ready to return to you.
This isn’t about escaping your life.
It’s about remembering the deeper rhythm beneath it.
Four days designed to slow your pace, quiet your mind, and reconnect you to the woman who leads from presence, not pressure.
Here in Asolo — the “city of a hundred horizons” — you’ll be surrounded by art, beauty, and centuries of wisdom.
You’ll walk the same cobblestones that inspired poets, artists, and visionaries, letting their spirit awaken something inside you.
And you’ll explore Bassano del Grappa — moving slowly through its historic streets and along the living energy of the Brenta River, attuning your senses and opening space for clarity and insight to emerge.
This retreat is a gentle homecoming — a return to breath, to stillness, to possibility.
A carefully curated blend of reflection, movement, and exploration — designed to nourish both your inner and outer worlds. Each moment is an invitation to remember your essence and reclaim your vitality.
Day 1 – Release & Ground
Wednesday, June 24
Settle into the Storybook Calm of Asolo.
Gentle breathwork, mindful walking, and a candlelight release ritual to let go of what feels heavy.
Day 2 – Root & Reclaim
Thursday, June 25
A Day Guided by Inspiration, Silence and Future Vision.
Silent hillside hike, vibrational journaling, and a Future-Self visualization.
Time to rest, reflect, and rediscover joy.
Day 3 – Explore & Create
Friday, June 26
A day in Bassano del Grappa along the Brenta River
A fascinating town near Asolo, where beauty, nature, and art intertwine. Moving slowly through its historic streets and along the living energy of the Brenta River, you will attune your senses, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and unlock powerful clarity.
Day 4 – Integrate & Rise
Saturday, June 27
Integration & Lunch Where Horizons Open
A quiet morning in nature to ground your insights.
A reflective closing circle to name what’s now possible.
A mindful lunch in the hills of Asolo, surrounded by breathtaking horizons — celebrating your journey and the future ahead.
Note: We kindly suggest arriving in Asolo on the evening of May 19, allowing you to wake up refreshed and ready for the first full day.
You’ve likely attended retreats before — yoga, wellness, even executive programs. This is something else entirely.
Here, transformation isn’t about adding more — it’s about remembering what’s already there.
-No performances, no roles. You’re not a professional here; you’re a woman remembering herself.
-Coaching, not teaching. Guided by professional coaches, every session uses a maieutic method — we don’t give answers; we help you find your own.
-Culture as metaphor. The hills holding your retreat aren’t just scenery — they’re teachers.
-Depth with beauty. Intellectually rigorous, emotionally grounded, artistically alive.
-Age-specific. Curated for women 40–70.
This isn’t wellness. Not therapy. Not tourism. It’s what happens when you stop unconsciously performing — and start consciously being.
This is not about 4 beautiful days in Italy. It’s about who you become because you allowed yourself to take a conscious pause.
When you create intentional space, something shifts — not dramatically, but decisively.
You return home with:
A grounded calm that holds — even when life accelerates.
You’ll know how to access steadiness without needing to step away from your responsibilities.
Clarity rooted in your values.
Not inherited expectations. Not unconscious roles. A deeper understanding of what is truly yours — and what you are ready to release.
A renewed sense of vitality and direction.
Energy that comes from alignment, not effort. Movement that feels considered, not reactive.
A stronger connection to your inner wisdom.
Greater trust in your judgment. Decisions made from presence rather than pressure.
A reclaimed sense of authorship
Choosing consciously. Leading your next chapter with intention.
A meaningful circle of women.
Connection with others navigating similar seasons — witnessed, understood, and respected.
You arrive accomplished.
You return more aligned.
